Material

Cylinder body: steel (galvanized or sprayed) or stainless steel (corrosion resistant).Piston rod: hard chrome plated steel or stainless steel.

Sealing material: high-quality fluororubber or polyurethane, effectively preventing dust and dirt from entering the gas spring, ensuring sealing and long-term use.

Operating Conditions

Applicable temperature range:Regular models: -20℃~+80℃; special models can withstand -40℃~+120℃.


Installation

Distinguish between compression type (support force direction is consistent with installation direction) and tension type (reverse support)


Safety Features

Avoid using the machine at full stroke limit, and keep 10%~20% stroke margin to extend life. If frequent high-speed movement is required (such as a robotic arm), a high-response speed model should be selected.
